Dr. Scharff's extensive 40-year career reflects his commitment to advancing patient care through specialized expertise in complex vision correction. His clinical proficiency encompasses the full spectrum of contact lens fitting, from conventional soft lenses to highly specialized scleral lenses for complex corneal conditions. Dr. Scharff has developed particular expertise in the management of keratoconus and dry eye disease, as well as myopia progression control using specialized contact lens therapies. Beyond clinical practice, he serves his community as an active member of the Lions Club.
