Dr Scharff has practiced optometry for 40 years. His emphasis is on primary eyecare, which includes prescribing eyeglasses and treating eye infections and inflammation. In addition, he fits all types of contact lenses, including astigmatism, multifocal, rigid gas permeable, and scleral. Dr Scharff’s other areas of expertise include Keratoconus diagnosis and management, Dry Eye diagnosis and management, and reducing myopic progression with specialized contact lenses.
In addition to work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren. He participates as a member of the Lions Club. He attempts to improve his golf and guitar hobbies.
